It's a self-paced tour; you go to the Farnsworth House gift shop in town (tucked in beside a little restaurant, it's a B&B) and buy or rent a CD that directs you through the tour. Very easy and very informative! Just did it on Monday with my kids.
I would recommend the audio. It makes it a lot more interesting.
