Super clean in all common areas. Terrific room. Quiet and comfy beds. Was able to have a sufficient amount of darkness in room. Hardly any light pollution from window or under door. Very friendly.

Fantastic stay! Great quality rooms, breakfast, and service. Front desk attendants and managers were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout every moment of my 2 day stay. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

Absolutely incredible! Clean as a pin! Bathroom look like brand new and so did the room itself! Never slept better in a bed in a motel! For the money? Cannot be beat!

This is a franchise. If you really want to know if things like that are allowed you should call places.
No. At 2am they wake everyone up and make them wait outside till they open at 9am.
If you are a guest it is obviously free. A block of rooms would dominate and essentially scare others away. But it would be worth asking or negotiate this perk in with your block room contract.
