How or who do I talk to to complain about the medical staff at a county jail ( Gibson county, In. ) the jail has no medical staff available on the weekends. Staff has no clue what to do in a medical situation and people has lost their life because of this !!!

If I could, I would give this government agency zero(0) stars, as they perform as well as the federal government. It took 6 months to get copies of my dad’s birth certificate, which was needed to file for VA benefits. He passed away on November 18th, 2021. I just received them in the mail today. What a joke.

Does anybody actually work here? I ordered my birth certificate three months ago and I still haven't received it. I called to check on my order, but no one ever answers the phone. This department is a ghost.
