Poor customer service. Calling to talk with ANYONE IS IMPOSSIBLE. Have left two emails for Jake to reply without response. I’m leaving 53rd after 33 years. Every time I have an issue, I call customer service first, if they can't fix it then I go to the actual bank, which has only been a couple of times. I wish I can give 0 stars, I always been frustrated by this bank whenever I have a issue, can't cash checks without enormous fees, can't tell me why, can't resolve anything. And one of the personal banker always rude, if you don't like to deal with ppl, don't work for customers service...I have been a long customer but I can't deal with this nonsense anymore
