If you ask nicely they will even give you tips for how to prepare the fish they cleaned and scaled.

Is there a particular reason why your lobster rolls are $11 more ($30 vs $19) than those at the Lobster Joint which is about a mile away from your venue?

Thanks Tim; that’s a great question! We bring in lobsters alive daily which are then cooked and picked in house. The cost of such a product is much higher than buying pre-shucked meat or frozen meat, as many other places do. Please try both places and let us know which you prefer!
