Dr Agudelo and the staff in the Boynton office were amazing. Even with a number of issues caused by COVID, they were prompt, thorough, and most importantly friendly. I truly appreciated their no nonsense approach to a major surgery!!!!

First time impressions were really a sad experience, Mary receptionist who make appointments for the three facilities. She was rude and unprofessional. She was clearly upset. I was calm and I did not say anything to her cause she was yelling and barely allowed me to speak. I was about to cry and could not believe this, this type of experiences do not want you to move on with the appotiment but I know this Orthopedic Center is one of the best in Florida. She did not provide answers to my questions, she was with the attitude Take it or leave it. Im Looking forward to find a positive experience next time.
