If YOU are serious and have the positive mindset to lose weight this program will work for you. I followed this program to a "T" and lost 43 pounds to my goal weight. I have gained some back but I have the tools to get right back where I need to be. All the Negative reviews here only show that people need someone to blame for their failures and are hoping for the miracle way to lose weight. It take LOTS of will power and hard work on your part. The weight will come off I promise!!! This program works 100%. Dr Kusher is beyond helpful including the very pleasant and knowledgeable staff.

We do not process insurance claims but are able to give patients a superbill they are the able to submit to their insurance provider for reimbursement. We can also give you the coding so you can check with your provider before enrolling in the program if you wish. While we have had many patients receive some type of reimbursement, we do not track which providers and programs involved. It would be up to the patient to investigate it with their provider.
Medicare
The program costs 2500.. if you go to their website it is listed in FAQ
To my knowledge who have received reimbursement through Medicare but if is always worth investigating for yourself.
