The staff were all so sweet and accommodating- with the exception of the manager with purple hair. Our waitress was wonderful, she was very patient and kind to my son. And the food was good. I asked a waitress if she could sit me near an outlet to charge my phone. A sweet waitress offered to charge it for me. When I asked for it back, Purple Hair told me “you can’t do that, you’re not supposed to do that because if something happens we are liable” she was very rude, snappy and condescending when she said it. (Does it come out of your paycheck if something happens?) In the 20yrs I’ve been bartending I’ve charged countless phones for customer and done little favors and helpful things for them, not once has a phone been broken or have I had anything happen) Then, in an unprofessional attempt to make a power move, she made sure to seek out the poor soul who was kind enough to help me. She yelled at her- in front of all her coworkers and customers. Yelling at your employee doesn’t make you look good, it doesn’t earn you respect or make you look like a queen. It’s not how you move up in the world. That’s demeaning, unprofessional and disrespectful. This is not the way to earn the respect of your coworkers Sit down and eat some humble pie. You work at Johnny Rockets honey- you are no better than the young girl you just yelled at and embarrassed.

Awful service, got seated quickly but then nobody ever came back. A large party that came after us got served drinks and food. We didn’t even get drinks to the point we left. Never again Johnny rockets never again……..
