Yes they have a vet that comes once a month on a sunday, they do micro chips, vacines, nail clippings..... etc

Ask one of the workers at tractor supply and they will talk to you and recomend the best size
Any propane suppler carry's large propane tanks. Tractor supply does carry regular size grill tanks and I've seen some locations with larger 4 to 5 ft tall tanks. I'd call ahead. They'll gladly let you know what they have in stock
