I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist.The hygienist the dentist the assistant even the lady at the desk Great hospitality and they eased my anxietyI'm so happyI found this dentist I highly recommend.I just finally finished my root canal and I am very happy. I was a patient there for 7 years and the customer service has been consistently going downhill. I called to report severe pain in my tooth in hopes of getting in asap. I was met with complete disregard for human compassion and she was just plain rude. I was told I owed $35 from “missed appts from 2019 & 2020 and I HAD to pay before I would be seen again”. I was transferred to the office manager, Jen (I believe was her name). I explained the situation behind the “missed appts” I had made with plenty of time to spare (one being my father passed away) and was told “everyone has their own issues, their own excuses”. I was in absolute shock. I was spoken down to, degraded, devalued, dismissed etc. I already have enough anxiety, seeing a dentist, I don’t need to be worried about what they’ll be saying about me behind my back or whether or not I’m getting quality care. It’s gives off a very catty environment vibe. I reached out to a higher up (Paul) who is a sweetheart and the only reason 1 star was given, and he was more then willing to waive the fee, and very apologetic but it was time for me to move on. The last thing you want to feel is uncomfortable at your dentist. I have since seen another dentist who, within half an hour, diagnosed my pain, something Cranberry Dental was unable to do for years.
