Unprofessional. Always loosing your information. Never wants to give there corporate number of people hire then them. Always leaving your information outside of the door for anyone to grab and look at it. No privacy. Apartments are garbage. They mickey mouse work and it always breaks again cause they never do a good job in the first place. Worst place to live for housing. Office is even worse. There either never there or they never pick up there phones or open the door to help you. There rude and sarcastic if/when you finally get a hold of them. They go above and beyond to complicate every situation making it a headache and a problem for you to get what you need. If your looking for a housing complex I strongly advise you skip this one.

My elderly mother has been living here for 15+ years. The parking is a nightmare especially today during snow storms. Brenda is a complete unprofessional. Don't get me started on the Maintenance Supervisor Jeff. Where else in the world do they wait 2-3 days after a snow storm to clean? A lot of elderly live here and they are compromising the tenants safety as well as ownership by not actively cleaning. They are gambling with someone seriously getting injured and ownership getting sued. They have a contract with Boulevard Towing and call them to make a quick buck off low income tenants instead of coordinating with the tenants to make sure they move their cars when cleaning. Jeff should be FIRED!!! Brenda and Jeff do your job!! Pics to follow this evening on how this place looks after 5pm today.
