I went in to get a Lrg Ice Coffee & a Plain Bagel toasted w/Plain Cream Cheese. Opened up the bagel wrapper & this is what we saw. So brought it back through the Drive Thru to return it & they say;"Oh Larry must have made this one", crazy right?! I believe if you're working with food, WEAR A HAIR NET!!!!

GOOD lordy....this is a whine review but we have been trapped in the drive through line for 17 minutes and this DD has no escape lane. Can't go forward Can't go back...stuck. This place is always slow....but sweet screaming jesus....this is really frustrating. Just close and sell the franchise, it's been bad for months, let someone competent take over

The drive thru had a huge line so I figured I’d go inside. There’s a sign on the door stating the lobby is closed and there were no customers inside so I walked back to my truck and imagine my surprise when I saw someone walk in…I walked back and went inside. There were several workers inside. I told the lady at the register that the “closed” sign on the door was super misleading and she said nothing and just proceeded to take my order. Perhaps it’s a ploy to keep customers out of the lobby.

I've tried so many times to get service after 5 pm and it's impossible. Hours are listed as open, there's people inside, lights on, drive through menu is on, yet they never take an order. Or if they do, they've already turned off the ovens …
