They could do that. It usually comes with a delivery and pick up fee of $50.00. He comes out at your convenience and picks up the mower and brings it back when its done. Nice service if you cant haul anything yourself.

Is there a clip that secures the governor gear on the shaft for a robin /subaru ex27 engine?

The clip is inside of the push pin. It's a one time shot, if it comes loose the whole governor needs to be replaced.
