Stayed here in the summer last year and this year for an event I was working in the area and definitely won't be back again. This time, upon arrival I asked to switch my card on file to a credit card, so I wouldn't have a hold on my debit as my bank does. They still ended up putting a hold on my debit, of half the price I paid which fully charged to my credit card within 2 days. It took 9 days from the start of my stay to come off and just came off today. The hotel told me it was my banks fault even though I was clear they were to use my credit card instead of what I reserved with because I was aware they would put a hold. That isn't even the worst. I work a long shift outside at an event, running the main gate...and need good rest between days. They have no blackout curtains on the second floor due to some mess up where they threw out part of the old curtains before realizing the new ones don't fit. So the first morning I woke up to the blinding light of the sun at 5am after getting in from my shift at midnight. The second day I rigged up sheets and blankets to block it, but I was awoken in the exact way I was the prior year staying there. To loud, personal conversations the housekeeping staff was having about their social media, their boyfriends, people getting in trouble with police. And they are in different rooms cleaning, hollering back and forth all of their business 2 hours before check out. This happened not just this year, but last year. I was offered no refund. I barely broke even with my work paying 500, then having a hold on 250 on my bank for over a week! Never again! The beds are also uncomfortable, the layout is terrible and the coffee at breakfast is coffee flavored hot water. I never leave bad reviews! But I don't want anyone else wasting their money!

This hotel is great value. The rooms were clean and just as expected. The staff was incredibly friendly, and switched rooms for us when we had a minor issue in our first room. Continental breakfast was impressive for the price of a night. Would return!

Booked this hotel based on price and location of events we were attending that weekend. Check in was super easy. The women at the desk was polite and helpful. Lobby was clean and had a inviting atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. Was hard to exit the driveway with the highway traffic. Highly recommend!!! We will be visiting again soon!!! Thank You!!

This place was very clean and quite. The staff was excellent and the breakfast in the morning was more than I was expecting. I will be staying here the next time I am in town. Thumbs up 👍
