Small fee during the summer time to get in but this is my absolute favorite beach, been coming here for years. It's always so clean and people are respectful and friendly here. Great place to swim when the tide is in, you'll most likely find a few to hundreds of horseshoe crabs (please don't pick them up by the tail). A place you can go camping and rent a kayak to enjoy your time on the water. Have a fun picnic, plenty of space to run around and have a good time, a fun playground for your kids. It's a great place to enjoy a peaceful day at the beach. Just use caution on the steps to the beach.

My family and I had wonderful time here. Shower&Bathroom clean! Peaceful and beautiful! Convenience with everything!

Went to have lunch and maybe enjoy the playground and beach. The playground equipment hasn't changed in 20+ years still them same as when I was a kid. Rusted and squeaky AF. The beach area not very big. Overall not impressed as a place to go with my young kids. They were pretty bored

Very nice and very clean! I've camped here several times for, "concert camp-out" and have had a fantastic time! Bathrooms are kept clean and are in good working order. Also, for all who are concerned, the campground is fairly handicapped accessible!

Showers, cedar lined to. Thomas point is a great place.
It's a beautiful clean campground. With a great beach, and wooden area. They have a playground for the kids, and lots of open spaces to ride bikes, ect.... The owners are great people
When we made reservations last year, we had to wait until May.
We are officially open to the public from May to October, but do allow people to walk through the park in the off season. As for another answer that is asking a question. We do have parking during the bluegrass festival.
We do, it is across from the shower building in the main grove. We are actually just upgrading it today. It should be open tomorrow.
Not at every site. But some yes
Absolutely!
Our official season is May 30th thru October 16th. We do not offer year round camping.
Not that I know of
We camp there during the Blue Grass festival. They have electric hook ups and showers. So yes, you can camp there.
All electric sites have at least one 20amp circuit reserved for them. Additionally, all of our service polls have 1 or more 30amp circuits as well, with most having 2 or more.
Not sure of the rate off the top of my head. But a very clean and freindly place
