The advertisement said 1000, and when you get there it’s 1150. They never show the apt only pictures and they tell you to leave a deposit to hold the unit . It’s a scam the pictures are horrible they take the money first then show you the pictures! Scam!!!

Board of directors here for the association treat renting tenants like garage and think they can verbally harass residents. Pretty sure this is a criminal enterprise as all board member condos property values are listed 30K less than non member units. Should be investigated for fraudulent activity!

Overall, these condos are average in quality. I am in a 3 bed/2 bath and paying $1,250 for rent split amongst myself and my roommate so I moved here for the price. The amenities are not great, there is only a pool that is in okay shape and one assigned parking spot. Our unit does have a W/D in it however. Upon arrival, the condo could have been cleaner and did not look like it was professionally cleaned. There were maintenance issues that needed to be fixed when we moved in that did get fixed eventually. Maintenance requests take a while to be addressed. One of the leasing agents, Tammy can be extremely rude and short. Kindra however is very nice and pleasant to work with. I am trying to move into a nicer place as soon as my lease is up.
