Called the store to ask about a product to check if they had it in stock before I came down. Dennis answered the phone and told me to check online and she would not be able to tell me cause they were to busy. Great customer service.

Christopher is a phenomenal employee, extremely attentive. He was able to spot us struggling to find the right sized shoe for my little brother and immediately stopped and helped. I’ve always had the best experiences at this DSW, highly recommend this branch and it’s employees!
