Terrible experience. I had booked a Time based off of when my clinic would end, and they moved up the pickup slot. I called them to discuss and they said there's nothing we can do, good luck finding your own transportation later. This notice was given to me roughly less than 24 hours before my trip plan, which is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. When asked to speak with someone to discuss other options, was told nothing else to do.

The worst service ever! NEVER USE! On 2nd of August I made a phone reservation for a transfer from Yale University to JFK. The employee I spoke with on the phone sent me a confirmation number and everything seemed to be all set. However, on the 5th the shuttle never arrived! After a new phone calll it became clear that the reservation was made not for the 5th but 12th of August (a week later)!!!! I then asked for a private service (even x5 more expensive) but they said they can't assist. So when they make a mistake they would just say: sorry, it is our fault and still we can't help you!!! At the end, I just used Uber and everything was OK. DO NOT RISK YOUR TRIP WITH THIS JOKE COMPANY! NEVER NEVER NEVER!

Used them before and never had an issue. My flight was delayed 20 minutes. I got off the plane to call and said they would be there at 3:30. Had to wait an hour to get picked up. Called customer service and asked why I had to wait and the lady was zero help.

I don’t understand the point of pre scheduling this service, husband waited for two and a half hours at the airport past his scheduled pick up time. I could’ve driven there myself to pick him up in the time it took for them to actually show up. When called they would keep giving the same answer “be there in the next 15 minutes.” Awful. We have used this service in the past with no issues, but twice now they have been late and not worth the risk. Go with a private car service and spare the stress of missing a flight or if you care about being somewhere on time
