Absolutely horrible business. The first massage I booked, they made me pay at the time of booking, including the tip! I've NEVER had to pay for a service before receiving it before. Then, when my husband was going to get a massage, he had to cancel, unfortunately only a couple of hours before the massage because I tested positive for COVID-19. They required him to pay for the session because he didn't give them 24 hours notice, which wasn't possible due to when I tested positive. Terrible business practices, unfeeling people, who also don't give good massages. Don't waste your money or time.
