If I could give less than 1 star I would. I am an employee and have CONSTANT problems with getting paid. They claim I did not send the information on time or at all. I have proof that every email and every time sheet was sent in a timely manner and it is THEIR end having technical difficulties. The payroll issues are unacceptable in todays climate. We cannot afford to work and not get paid for our time spent.

I’ve been trying to call all week been on the phone ON HOLD over an hour evey time . I still didn’t get through to anyone. I was not paid at all for last week . I was never given any kind of login . This place is just crazy . Please switch our payroll union !

Allied is to busy messing up people payroll to take time to answer thses questions and on the phone they always blame someone else
We dont work FOR Allied, they only retrieve $ from the state program the client is on and pays us.

They have multiple operators so there is no good excuse as to why you were on hold for so long but its like that for us all unfortunately.
Try going in person then call one of the local news station to light their fire a bit
Unfortunately of you only have that much patience dealing with Allied then you'll never speak to anyone. I've been on hold so long at times that I walk to the store and back without worrying if I miss them picking up the phone.

Email them a letter of request as a email attached pdf file but if you have a union representative than it would be wise to carbon copy that representative to create a more officially recognized electronic paper trail to illustratively demonstrate your efforts so in case allied community resources starts becoming belligerently difficult to cooperatively, collaboratively and peacefully work with than at least you have professionally covered your tracks from the beginning,this advice come from someone who is nowadays is a passive member of 1199 who worked for the building janitorial chapter and has since been a empathetic union employee sympathizer of a allied community resources abi waiver employer FYi. I would know from endless personal experience iris because I unfortunately have to invest a abundantly excessive amount more than most allied community resources private hiring employers relentlessly arguing with allied community resources for the sake of my employees needs

I have no idea I still receive a paper check in the mail. I put in the time sheet on my Mondays and Friday I get my mail by 12pm

If you are a PCA, there are no paid holidays.
The phones are working it makes a busy signal when someone is on hold just keep trying they take forever to pick up when you get thru your best bet is to go personally to the company
I have the number for a union woman who deals with allied complains of payroll she makes sure you get paid i got her number thru the paid traning
They should unless they made a mistake on there time sheet but please let me know because we all get calls

The first time you get paid is by check it happened to me too. I went personally that is my advice to you because it takes forever to wait on the phone. Even if you have direct deposit they still pay you the first time by check thats what they told me and also we get paid every 2 weeks we get paid next friday March 1
