Bad CS. The item I've ordered was back ordered. After waiting couple of weeks I had to find another store to buy the same item. I did find a different store that has the item in stock. I called Medicaleshop and made sure that my order was cancelled before to order from the another store. But All the sudden the back ordered item was delivered a day after without any status updates. I called to CS today to ask and now they lie that they didn't cancel the order. I am not going to use this store anymore. . . Update after the reply from CS below. I wish I have recorded the conversation on the phone. The person I talked to told me that there is no problem cancelling my order and so they did cancel. She even told me I am going to get the cancellation email by EOD. My only mistake is I didn't wait to get that email before placing order from the other store. I just trusted what you guys said.
