This credit union is the worst financial institution I've ever done business with.Tellers are rude and unprofessional, Customer Service is non-existent. They've counted my money wrong numerous times. For fraud transactions you have to fill out a form, it's antiquated and operates like the DMV, it's not secure or trustworthy financial institution. I couldn't continue banking with them. I was concerned about the security of my money due to their incompetence and lack of professionalism.

Worst bank ever, I’ve been a member for about 9 years and every year the rules change or better yet they change whn they feel like it. There’s far better credit unions out there not this one

Nannie, they dont base it on your credit score. If you owe a bank from sometime prior they will help you repay them. If you need to work on your credit they will help you repair it. Trust me I been a member for over 20 plus years and referred many people wanting to repair there credit as well. Good luck

As of late 2019, the Downtown Hartford branch has closed due to the H.S we were attached to being relocated. We are at 632 Franklin Ave in the South End of Hartford now. :)

You need $25 + $10 for a time time fee. And an additional $10 if you're opening a savings as well. You dont lose those $10 on each acct. Thats just like a deposit hold.
