Staff was rude. I asked to get something behind a locked case and the guy just rolled his eyes and walked away when he was already next to me to begin with. Dude really rolled his eyes and said nah. Decided to help other people and kept making excuses when I asked him for a 3rd time to assist me with opening the case. Other lady at the front was unfriendly and kept saying stuff under her breath. 15 minutes just to get 1 thing. Whoever was working on 6/1/2022 at 4pm, get it together.

My local cvs. Staff is always friendly and kind , they usually have what I’m looking for and the store is pretty clean. Wish the hours were alittle longer due to my work schedule or open on Sundays. I took off a point because I ordered a photo to magnet And they did a really bad job applying the photo on the magnet ; it was all crooked and not centered. I’m sure they would have made it right had I said something which I didn’t. It wasn’t a HUGE deal but it could’ve been better done.

I like the cvs the location and hours are convenient, the employees are friendly and helpful, however, I had to minus a star because being the plant lover that i am, I am appalled at their lack of care for the living houseplants they sell. They have cactuses and aloe plants which do fine without water but their other plants look horrible. I get that plants aren’t exactly the same as humans or animals but it still is a living thing and need to be cared for. Stick to drug store merchandise.
