At the indoor pool? The breaks begin at a quarter to the hour and last for 15 minutes. So, for example, everybody out of the pool at 3:45 for break and then you can get back in at 4.

They have swimming lessons for all ages. I do not know if they have beginner lessons for teens. Probably do.

I'm not sure if they provide that service there, however, we became certified before our daughter was born by our local Fire Department. The price was $20 compared to $120 from the Red Cross etc that teach the classes.
