Thanks for bending and cramming my envelope into the mailbox when it states in BIG BOLD letters "please do not bend". The poor quality staff they hire now is a joke in more reasons then just this one.

ZERO STARS!!! Terrible, terrible service. If you're expecting a package on a Sunday, you won't get it, and there will be a non sense reason as to why they couldn't deliver. Also, be prepared to spend hours and hours trying to figure out where your package went from there, because this useless place has no idea. I suggest they find employees who want to do their jobs. The Sunday drivers never (and I mean 3 weeks in a row) have delivered correctly on a Sunday, and there's always a dumb excuse "delivery location was not accessible". Really, so my house must be invisible on Sundays?? I have spent an entire week trying to locate my package and on one has any idea where it is. I'll tell you, I should get a job at this place, you don't have to do your job or even know anything and they'll obviously hire you. What a joke!
