Terrible service. I would never ever hire these guys ever again. They are not honest. Complete liers. I will never ever do business with this company ever again. Also their positive reviews they have, they pay for it. Majority of them are fake to cover up how bad their service is rated.

My elderly mom and I decided to remodel my townhome about a year ago after she sold her gorgeous home to come share mine. Our shady contractor, Chuck Armitage, who owns East Coast Builders (and does not return calls) sent us to this shady and very hot/un-airconditioned countertop place. We had an appointment that day but it took us almost an hour and threatening to leave before we were actually seated. The labeling on the granite was horrid. So bad that the owner messed up on the tiers and pricing. It was a nightmare to say the least. When our beautiful tile was installed, it was not correctly grouted in all spots but the worst is we have been waiting all this time for a piece we paid for that belongs behind our oven. They actually tried to install a different color of the marbled granite we purchased. What?!? So does that? We told them to take it down. We wanted the same color. They said they would be back. Never heard from them again. Nor the shady contractor who has never completed his punch list. This was a complete remodel and an expensive remodel and so disheartening that there are people and businesses like this that continually rip people off. Just warning you all so you don't get the same "service"... looks like a few of us have had the same issues. I'm wondering if the same contractor had been involved? To the owner...do not tell me to turn to Jesus...do not bless me...do not try to use your so called Godly words with me on this review. You Sir Tiago, need to take a long hard look in the mirror and take your family members with you and learn a good lesson on honesty, business manners and not taking your customers money via not finishing the job. That is not Godly and your company seems to do this often.

I walked in and wandered around for 10 minutes and there was no sign of an employee. I thought maybe I was in the wrong place so I called on the phone. A woman told me someone would be right out. The gentleman who came to assist me seemed disinterested and made me feel like he would rather not be helping me out. This business and the owner, came highly recommended. I asked the gentleman if he was the owner and he was not. Very strange experience to say the least. I only stayed a short while and left perplexed. I made my granite purchase elsewhere.
