Scheduled a cooktop repair. Sears called and rescheduled twice (out 3 weeks each time). The third appointment, the technician was to arrive between 10-2pm. I called in am to confirm, called at 1:30pm to check status of arrival, and called again late afternoon when no one showed up. Spoke with a customer rep each time, who confirmed the appointment was still on the calendar, who also said they sent emails to the service folks to ensure they called. Finally received a notice that I needed to reschedule. Called in the automated attendant which then said I had "no open service orders" and then an endless loop of "You need to reschedule" messages. Tried the website but my service order was no longer recognized. Spoke with customer service and requested a manager. I was promised a call back with in 90 minutes from a supervisor. Received a call back from an automated message saying I needed to call Sears and reschedule. I believe this is a scam and borderline fraudulent Sears service center given they accepted my payment but I can not seem to reach a person or reschedule (after already going 2 months between the original dates they've provided). Only recommend the Sears Appliance Repair if you're interested in frustrating yourself and throwing money and time away.

Had to call three times in attempt to get the right part plus send back the wrong one. He didn't listen to my description very well based on what I received. For some of reason, my Craftsman mower model # isn't in their system, making it more complicated. Disappointed they don't maintain the model # between calls for the same item. Frustrated I have 2 model #s on the one mower. It's a comedy of errors. It's not an old lawnmower & shouldn't be this hard.
