I usually have a nice visit with my loved one this time I was shocked to see them baking in the Sun asleep unaware they had cooked skin 3 shades darker. We were told they would build a over hang so that doesn't happen again. We will see. Overall I am pleased with this facility.

This is the worst and most unprofessional place I’ve ever worked at! I would never trust my loved one to be taken care of here. Most of the staff are only their to be on their phone and start drama with everyone. When you try and talk to supervisors about what’s going on and how the work place is very hostile it gets brushed off and you’re told “that’s not my problem”.

I forgive the owner for looking me in the eye and lying! "Everyone" knows the "real" reason I was let go! - "Austins reviews - Austins truth!" And now here's "MY TRUTH"!!!! Being told that my letter asking for a raise - the owner felt "threatened"... I only stated the facts about my job performance and how my job duties were growing! I had only received $1 when I became Communication Supervisor 4yrs previous and felt in my heart it was time for another raise. I can honestly say I did receive another $1 after 1hr of turning in my letter - only to be let go 6 days later with the EXCUSE "Budget Cuts". Not to mention he won't fight my unemployment IF I don't follow the lead of others and right a bad review (meaning AUSTIN)... I forgive you!! And I thank you!! Given my situation I went to school and passed my state exam! When 1 door closes - another opens! Thank you for letting me go!
