Had to give them a 9 hour window (8am to 5pm). Never called or text just showed up (after 4pm) when they wanted to. Charged me $280 to change a censor and my dryer STILL doesn’t work!!!! Would NOT recommend!!!! Let’s see how the company handles this when I call Monday morning and have some words with these people!

When my husband and I decided to cancel our contract with Sears because we were not going to get a part for 3 months and would be without an oven during the holiday season. (We bought a new oven) Dispite canceling the part order in writing by mail and email, they sent the part and the the bill for over $232.00, even though we did not use or need the part or had the oven repaired!

Kenmore Elite French Door Refrigerator stopped working just shy of 6 months. Called in they wanted to make sure I was by the unit so they could talk me through troubleshooting. Trouble shooting was a joke. They asked me if it was running, if I felt any air moving and if I had unplugged it and plugged it back in. I was then told they needed to send someone to have it repaired and the best they could do is 2 weeks. They then said I would get an email confirmation so I could check if other times come available. Never got the email. Called back and found they entered my email incorrectly which happens. Once the correction was made I was told I would receive the email in 5 mins. Still no email 24 hours later. No better times have been available. 3rd call I was told they could not do anything but put a note on it so I will be contacted if there is a technician available. I do not have high hopes. Don't know what to do with no fridge for two weeks , but I bet I could get a new fridge faster than 2 weeks.
