Came here to wash my laundry. First time there and I mess up using the card I ask for help and the man is telling me I’ll have to pay again. It’s 10.75 I am not going to pay again any other laundry place they would be quick to credit you. Had to argue with him till he finally credited the amount to me. He smelt like straight cigarettes to begin with. Then I set a timer go to my car and come back in when it’s done to find another person using my washer. Apparently the guy who originally helped me removed my laundry which to me is unsanitary and just gross, then my laundry was just left in a corner. Absolutely disgusting.

It says they close at 11 I have been here after work at 9pm wich is way before last wash call. And have been turned away. You should change your hours just to say you choose at 10

You can call the store & talk to the manager he could add it to your bill
I don't know I just dropped off a queen comforter it was ready next day. They did a great job and the price was right. Call them and ask.
