Because I am looking for a place to live so I am not homeless in 2.5 weeks and the person on the phone laughed at that fact was eating and microwaving something and laughed when I said if I dont get a place by august first im homeless. This company built spruce meadows for people like me and others and your employees seem to feel different. I dont think you should get anymore federal grant money until you better staff people

Some of my extended family live there, and I am very impressed with the accommodations: excellent climate control, elevator, secure entry, ample parking. Apparently, I am not the only one impressed, as the are building more.
