After a massive troubling encounter with an employee that was pretty much doing everything for his own benefit...we tried contacting Glenn and requested for a call back due to things in the contract that the person said they did but they did not. We have yet to receive that phone call back. We are forced to pay back the entire amount regardless of no contact back. Thousands of dollars. Ridiculous.

They helped remove the mold from my basement and remove that awful smell, and it was pretty affordable!

Should be this....Top-notch company! hey came out to our house fast and figured out what was causing our toilet to leak water everywhere and our floors and walls being wet. These guys did everything that same day! They tore out the wet carpet and the wet drywall so it wouldn’t cause more mildew issues. Very professional organized, clean, and fast! Highly recommend Glenn and his team!

No, it is important the equipment is running around the clock. The more hours per day the equipment runs – the less days the equipment will be in your property. The equipment is strategically placed to encourage optimal drying. Turning off the equipment will only increase our dry time, and the threat of microbial growth and secondary damage.

The only answer is: It depends on the size and scope of the loss. Completely drying a structure depends on the type of water damage, how long the water dwelled, and the type of building materials involved. Many times, water damage to your home or business takes 2 to 3 days to dry. However, properties exposed to water damage for a long time will take longer to dry, so it is best to start as soon as possible!
