Trying to call the South Windsor, CT location with a question, but despite dialing their phone number, I end up being connected to a location in PA. Why is there no way to speak with a human at this place? Terrible customer service.

Especially for South Windsor location - very rude and not much interested to treat their customers well. I would suggest go to another location. Update: I see vast improvement nowadays and hence updating my review.

I can't get in touch with a single live person. Tried multiple numbers, and it's be over an hour now... don't go to quest if you actually need to speak to a human and not an automated machine.

The staff is very kind and accommodating. They went out if their way to buy me orange juice and candy from the grocery store because I wasn’t feeling well after having my blood drawn.

Go to https://www.questdiagnostics.com/home/patients/ and login to your account. You should see a menu option with your upcoming appointment and can change/cancel the appointment from there.
