It's ok. No problems for our weekend stay. The rooms were fairly clean, the price was reasonable and we didn't see any bugs. There is some road noise but the HVAC unit can drown that out. We appreciated being able to bring our well behaved dogs. Thank you. Coffee would be nice in the mornings ... but I guess you have to go down the road about a mile for that

Some of the rooms don't have any appliances. The staff seems to be polite but it's worn and needs remodeled.
