Disappointed with the cleanliness of this location. The cutting board where food is prepped was dirty and had an employee's drink sitting on it. When my order was prepared wrong and I brought it to their attention, I received a "are you kidding" look from the individual prepping my order. She promptly grabbed the bowl, sticking her fingers in my food. Manager was very indifferent to the whole thing and never apologized. It's sad that Panera is going downhill like this.
