Great therapist and location - but SUPER shady billing practice. They bill you under a different company name and attach the name of the 'supervising PT' instead of the PT you actually see - so when you get a bill it looks like your identity has been stolen/fraud. In addition they have tried to re-bill me 3X for the co-pays that I pre-paid before each therapy session. Each time it has taken hours (on hold or waiting for a call back) and multiple calls to sort out - and each time a phone rep assures me that I have $0 balance.... until the next bill shows up a few months later. Since the amounts are small: $35/session - $70 per bill I think they are counting on people not being super organized and paying again - even if a small fraction just pay again they are well ahead. I would report them to the NYS insurance regulator but I think it would be hard to prove that they are malicious and not just incompetent (at billing).

Orthology is the right name for the right name for this place due to there magic if you want to release pain in your shoulder and arms or hand Ms Laurie is wonderful therapist to bee seen by I’ve been her patient couple of years ago.

Friend recommended this place to me and based on my previous experience with PT hopes were not high. I thought I would surely need surgery and PT was just one of the hoops I had to jump through. I'm glad I came here. In just a few days, Jonathan Levy's personalized program has reduced my back pain to a mere tickle. Come here, do the program consistently and you too might be amazed. PT does work and Orthology is the place. I feel new again!

My experience has been a great one since my first call to schedule an appointment. Francis is very friendly and precise with scheduling and following up. She greets everyone upon arrival and acknowledges your presence even if she is on a phone call scheduling a patient. Dr. Jonathan “Yoni” Levy is excellent at being personable and finding the best solution/ treatment for my lower back pain. It’s been 4 weeks so far and I’m beginning to see the positive results that my PT exercises are bringing. I didn’t think I was doing a good job at first, but doctor Yoni gives positive reinforcement which really motivates me to keep going. I’m glad that I was referred to such a great team of professionals.
