I cannot recommend Thrive highly enough! I came here after having ACL surgery and the care I received was absolutely top notch. For my physical therapist, I primarily worked with Tamar, who was absolutely extraordinary. She provided extensive and high quality hands-on care which helped me reduce swelling and regain range of motion as quickly as possible. Tamar always went through all of my exercises with me, helping me ensure good form. She was innovative with giving me new exercises each week. I progressed so quickly under her guidance and am so grateful for Thrive!

Valerie is an incredible healer. I call her a healer because she not only fixes your physical ailments but also changes the way you tackle life. I’ve gone to her after two major surgeries, my husbands tennis and arm injuries, and now even for my 8yr olds back injury. She worked miracles on my child- fixed her back injury and helped her get back to being a carefree and happy child again. Cannot thank her enough. She has magic in her fingers and her smile. Although I’d rather keep her for myself- the world needs more Valerie’s. Glad to know such a wonderful person. On a side note, her team at Thrive ( Regina ) are all incredible and go out of their way to help.

Amazing results from my therapy at Thrive. Had significant back, hip and leg pain, which my therapist, Scott Teagarden, methodically, logically and effectively diagnosed and treated. I particularly appreciated his explanations of the causes of my pain/discomfort, as this allowed me to more effectively manage these issues on my own. Am back on the pitch and feeling much, much better.

Donny Chan is the BEST. He worked with patience and kindness to move me from incapacitating pain to full recovery. I have never had a PT experience like it, and I really can't recommend Thrive enough as a practice.
