Customer service is not that great

So there's a lot of things that go on at this place. There's a scrap yard for all your metals and stuff, but they also sell auto parts like engines and transmissions. Indeed in late April of this year, I bought a very large motor at a very reasonable price. But due to a series of mishaps not related to Brookfield, it took 6 weeks to determine that this engine was just not the right one. Bill was very nice throughout the entire process, and I am very thankful he accepted my return despite the 6 weeks that elapsed. I can't guarantee that policy applies to everybody but at least he was nice to me. I definitely appreciate that during really rough economic times.
