This place doesn’t deserve one star from me. I called yesterday to inquire about gluten free sausage. I asked if i need to place an order as I needed for today. I was told they always have it prepared and will be open at 10 am. I go today to be told they only plan on making tonight. Not an apology or even a return statement. Will never even consider going back.

Nice, clean, family run place with a small storefront. Good quality meat for fair prices. Prime cuts are a bit more than super market prices but quality is worth it. They also now have a location in Monroe on weekends in the Monroe marketplace.

As we are USDA approved facility, we can only allow ed to bring the meat inspected by United States Department of Agriculture. However we do make sausages on premises and every possible variety. If you have your favorite recipe we will follow and make you custom sausage according to your recipe and likings. All it takes is 5 lb minimum order.
Not at all. We welcome walk-ins. Since everything is cut to order you might want to call ahead (845)651-MEAT, or be ready to wait till your order is filled. Usually just a few minutes, though.
No problem. We cut and trim everything on premises,- so you can ask for any specific cut or part.
