Having never before been here I have to tell you about my experience. This place rocks. Very modern and clean facility. I was on my way to Door county when I was too tired to continue. I stopped here to make it my base camp. Plenty of parks in the area for me to visit. This place was central located. Not having a reservation, just walking in was no problem. Annika and Jesra were right there to help. Both women were attentive and professional. Helping me navigate how their town is and points of interest really helped. The hotel is a clean and modern place. Beds are comfy. Rooms tastefully decorated. Bathrooms are clean. Housekeeping were spot-on. Plenty of parking available. Well-lit and safe. Breakfast was delicious and offered many options. Can't say anything bad about this place. I would stay here again. In my opinion of course.

We booked a room for my family of 5 however when we arrived from out of town we were told that the room we had already reserved and paid for through their website was unavailable and that they only had one room that would not fit our family. The receptionist said that the manager had tried to call but we never received a phone call. She was very rude and inconsiderate and was not willing to help even though they gave away our room. She also said that she would TRY to get us a refund even though they already charged our credit card.

No control over temperature at night. Hotel was good and staff were friendly, but rooms have motion sensing thermostat which ruined the stay. So when I tried to sleep the room got hot until I walked around and AC turned on again. Ruined my night

Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is near a number of restaurants that are a 10 minute drive or less. A couple are walking distance. The staff was great. The only issue I had was that I went to do laundry and the washing machine was broken. That cost me a bit of time. Needed to find a laundromat. Otherwise, no complaints.
