Staff was amazing. Special shoutout to Bree who helped me in the morning and knew exactly how to help get my day off to a great start. Thank you Bree!!! Breakfast was lovely. Fruit was nice and fresh. Loved the crisp apples! With a great variety. Rooms were clean and ready the moment I sauntered in at 12am. Very pleased overall with staff, cleanliness, and service. Thank you

Nova Lunar-Pertimus

Worst stay in a decade. At night, it is in an unlit area of town with nothing good nearby. Nothing like the professional photographs, heat was on all night in the middle of summer. I had just fallen asleep when the loud cleaning teenager woke us up. Only FULL size beds, so sharing is out of the question. NO POOL. Breakfast is limited to very stale, cheap food. When I complained at the $172.00/night charge, they didnt reduce the cost, even after the horrible sleep. You hear the highway all night, which is 200 feet from your bed. Worst hotel in Oshkosh will bust the bank. Do yourself a favor and try something else.

The staff was very resourceful. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the little treats in the lobby. Breakfast was great. Wished it had a pool. Carpet in the halls and stairs is very stained and dirty. Parking lot needs to be paved.

There is no elevator. I have trouble with stairs but didn't know to ask for ground floor. I had to think strategically to get my things from the car and up the stairs. There are cats too gather your things and wheel them in but then your bags would be waiting at the bottom of the stairs as you carry them up the steps and to your room. There was a dog show in town this weekend. We were asked more than once if we had pets and figured out why a we saw dog after dog traipsed outside. The above picture was of a cat who was clearly climbing the walls. I hope the next person in that room doesn't have cat allergies like I do.
