There is a waiting list of about a year or more. It is a 55 and over community, with a minimum age if 19 for another tenant. The 1Br is approx. 1300, 2br approx. 1500. Best to contact the mgmt office.
How long is the list for a one bedroom?
My MIL moved in there years ago, she had to apply & was on a waiting list for quite awhile. Good luck!
