I have loved living at Stonegate - I lived in one of the newly renovated apartments and loved it. I probably would have lived in my apartment for the next few years if I was not relocating out of state. The management company is responsive and helpful. Any issues I ever had (not many) were fixed as soon as possible. Rob and Pat are also so kind and were extremely welcoming when I arrived and still continued to be kind as I saw them throughout the days. If I ever move back to CT I will definitely be checking Stonegate out first!

Do not rent from this place. They will not answer calls or texts based on generic questions they ask. They ignore you and don't respond at all. The property looks like trash. Pot holes everywhere, landscaping looks like hasn't been done at all this summer. Very unprofessional and disrespectful property management. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but after being ignored I see this place is not a good place to call home.

These people were so rude that it was shocking. At some point their agent kept asking for me to send a picture of my social security card and she kept refusing to just see it in person 🙃. Then, I didn’t want to give my down deposit with out meeting with the office manger and seeing my lease. I was told it could take up to four days for the manger to get back to me after the payment. When I didn’t like that their agent started to text me sarcastic comments and emojis... like really is this kindergarten? These people need to learn how to properly deal with costumers.
