Horrible experience... I ordered flowers for my grandmother and basket full of goodies because she was in the hospital. They called and said that they could not deliver what i ordered to her. I asked for a refund because what they offered to do in return was not what I requested. They told me I'd have my refund in 10 business days. Here we are on day 21 still no refund was made to my account. Needless to say when I called to check up on the refund I got an attitude from the manager saying I needed to give it time that it takes 10 days. I will never order from them again!!!!!

Royers is great. I've gotten 2 arrangements in the past week and they made a beautiful arrangement for my husband's funeral. They'll make anything you want. Highly recommend.
