Can someone answer me as to why vent patients have secretions in the back of their throat and can suffocate. More RT need to pay attention. The nebulizer tube is always not closed when the treatment is finished. I have to inspect everytime I come there. They cut my mom hair without asking the family and it hurt me deeply. No place should do this without consent. Horrible way to start off. THIS PLACE SUCKS. ALL NURSING HOMES SHOULD BE EXPOSED

Do not send your loved ones here. My experience with having my uncle at this facility was absolutely heartbreaking. 1. The staff act as if they have everything under control but have neglected to mention they follow their own personal protocol. 2. I have received several complaints from my relative about being (allegedly) yelled at, treated unfairly and had his devices taken away. 3. When he passed under their care they made the process extremely cold and very open shut case. 4. I’ve had a staff member actively sexualize me and make remarks about me while I was packing up my dead relatives things. 5. If you want to have a good relationship with doctors, staff and your relative that won’t be possible here.
