Second time here and it did not disappoint! Great food and even better service from a lovely lady named Kelly. Our daughter enjoyed the she crab soup with collards, she was a huge fan of the soup though my husband was not. He felt there was too strong of maybe a sherry flavor? But that’s tastes/opinions for you! He enjoyed the fried shrimp platter and I enjoyed the grilled scallops plate with a salad and their grits with lobster cream sauce. The grits and sauce were delicious and the scallops were perfectly cooked, no tough or chewy pieces at all! The menu is large and varied enough for most everyone to find something to enjoy, we will return to this restaurant on any future visits to Wilmington.

On vacation and looking for a seafood restaurant. Tried here and the customer service and food was excellent. Had to go for a second night. Highly recommended.

In Wilmington for a soccer tournament and just happened to be staying right behind this gem of a place. Made reservations on Friday 11/19 and glad we did. The She Crab soup is amazing. The oysters are fresh and local and the shuck wizard Norris is an awesome dude. The service and food was so good that we had to come back before we left. So we made reservations again for Sunday evening and arrived and unfortunately they were having plumbing issues so at first they had to let us know that we couldn’t be seated. I know that $&|+ happens and it wasn’t there fault. I was surprised on how rude some other patrons was toward the host or manager which for this inconvenience. We decided to stick around since we only had to wait there and I’m glad we did. They got there issues resolved and we were able to sit and eat just as planned. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is in the area. We will make it a point to come back even though we are 4 hours away. See ya soon and thanks for the wonderful experience.

First time eating here & it turned out to be one of the best seafood restaurants we've ever eaten at. The atmosphere was exactly what a seafood place should look like, from the wall decorations to the tables themselves. Very friendly & accommodating staff since we had a larger party with several kids. The menu was perfect without being overwhelming with choices. The grilled shrimp plate with fries & cole slaw was delicious! Portion size was good for the price. I'm not a big tartar sauce guy, but it was very tasty here. We will definitely eat here again when we come back through Wilmington! Great job, folks!

Upscale? Whatever. Fried, grilled, broiled, blackened, or baked doesn’t have anything to do with portion size. I thought the food was okay but I was satisfied with the portions.
Yes we are. We also have a outdoor covered patio. We are open at 3 pm Monday-Saturday and 12 pm on Sunday. We do accept reservations. Hope to see you soon
Sorry we don't do that any more. You can try Intracoastal Seafood on Oleander Drive or Seaview on Carolina Beach Road or Marstellar St. . We buy seafood from both of them. Good luck and come see us when your in town. Max
No we will be closed Dec. 24th & 25th, then reopen at 3 pm on Dec. 26th.
We do allow dogs on the patio as long as they are friendly, and it's not crowded (weekend s)
They are as long as they are friendly, and it's not a holiday when it's very busy. Thanks for asking
As Crystal said, No we do not.
We require guests to wear a mask till they get to their table. The servers wear a mask at all times. Tables are 6 feet apart. We do have outdoor dining with heaters.
