The woman that answers the phone is extremely rude. I called to inquire about the rules around the Whitney Houston site and she cut me off yelled and said hung up on me. I understand that the family wishes the site to be left to be, but the rude customer service and gull of this woman. Of course she wouldn't give me her name. Do not lay your loved ones to rest here, as this woman has a bad bad spirit in her.

Yes, I visited last year but it took over an hour to find it since Google directions give the wrong place in the cemetery on purpose. When you go in the entrance off of gallows hill road, where the main cemetery house is, make an immediate right. You will end up passing some very large, beautiful mausoleums on the right hand side. After those end, there will be some low lying hedges, still on the right side (depending on the time of year) with rows of stones. Her, her daughter, and father are buried in one of those rows, 4th or 5th row or close to it, towards to end of the row. Hope this helps!

Unknown to who? There's always people at the cemetery when i go there. Whitney Houston is buried there. It's very large on a main road and needed to put up a sign for people to not leisurely bike or walk around the cemetery so it doesn't seem to be "unknown".
If you go to the office, in the building next to the Main entrance, they will give you a map and mark where your mother is buried.
