Not surprised by all of the negative reviews. I should've looked this up before driving there and having my package sent there. I'll help future people who do what I didn't. Was given rude service by Jessica and store owner Sori or Suri whatever his name is...he Is not kind and laughed in my face. Was told by UPS themself I should not be charged for a package but he has no issue holding my package with back-to-school items for my children. I would NOT recommend this store for any services. There are nicer people who own UPS stores that actually care about their customers, Talk about World Class Customer Service..that's a joke.

Watching the store employees have such incredible patience when dealing with all the inept people with their Amazon returns that they don't have together has these guys deserving five stars and then some.
