This office is horrible. They have you sitting there for something that takes about 30 mins to complete. Short staff. Most workers are working from home. If your not knowledgable about your rights, you will be taken advantage of.

Need to upgrade antiquated computer systems, set-up sound systems and bulletin boards that inform people when they are being called, and increase security measures for everyone. Also provide an adequate number of bi-lingual staff to accommodate those who are non English speaking. Not to mention, speed up wait times by increasing number of workers to accommodate the increasing number of people applying for assistance.
