Have tried to contact them several times via phone and email but no response. My mother was given a legal guardian who is not really helpful in assisting her with her needs. I have called to request additional information for their senior housing and services my mother was appointed but nothing! I tried to be patient as this is a NGO but at some point, people still have to do their jobs!

Oh S*! Did you see what the CEO is making? And, the "hours per week"? The data appears on NonProfitLight (.com) or by typing... "self help nyc". I guess that's why my home heal aide is stoked because they owe her sick time and vacation pay.

Coordinators are very rude they do not have good Communications with the aids at all not organized at all never return calls cheap with the uniform only give you one uniform payroll department always makes mistakes with your money when you call them to let them know you was only payed for less hours they have attitudes every person thats working at that place have A horrible attitude I would never recommend this place for anyone to work and when you have coordinators that don’t interact well with aids your not going to feel like working for a company like that you don’t feel appreciated at all I was a very good worker at that place I was a worker who enjoyed the work I did because it made me know I was making a difference in someone’s life so glade that I’m appreciate at another job they care about they workers

Linh Song is a disrespectful person, she continued to run me down about not being a U.S Citizen when I had my passport present. She then continued to ask me how long have I been a citizen for. She gave me gloves which are latex and did not ask me if I was allergic or not. When I asked her why she didn’t ask me about a latex allergy, she stated “that’s not the point”. She then stated she caught me in a lie because my phone was disconnected while speaking to her. If we got disconnected then we did but don’t call me a liar. She is not professional and I asked for my documents that was printed and left.
